On October 6, 2026, Global Process Manager (GPM) welcomed Josephine Blomdahl, the newly appointed Executive Director of the Nordic Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines (NordCham).

To commemorate the visit, a souvenir photo was taken at the GPM office. Joining Ms. Blomdahl in the photo were: Erik M. Nielsen (President), Maria Criselda S. Velayo (Finance Services Head), Maria Cecilia O. Gamos (HR Shared Services Head), Eva M. Escote (Finance Services Officer), Daisy Anne B. Francisco (HR Officer), and Marian Catherine Hilotina (Accounts Payable & Treasury Officer).

Because GPM provides critical Finance and HR services to NordCham, the GPM leadership teams conducted a comprehensive orientation. The session was designed to acquaint Ms. Blomdahl with the specific workflows, processes, and service suites that GPM delivers to support NordCham’s operations.

“We had a highly productive meeting with the newly appointed NordCham Executive Director,” shared Ms. Velayo. “The meeting provided an excellent opportunity to establish a personal connection and present a comprehensive overview of our current processes, responsibilities, and key operational activities. The orientation enabled her to gain a deeper understanding of our workflow and provided a forum to address and clarify several process-related inquiries. This helped ensure alignment and a shared understanding of expectations moving forward.”

GPM expressed its sincere appreciation for the visit and looks forward to further strengthening its long-term partnership with NordCham. Ultimately, the visit underscored the vital importance of organizational cooperation and a mutual commitment to creating lasting value for the industries they serve.
