GPM at the International IT-BPM Summit 2026 Intelligence at Scale: Accelerating the Philippine IT-BPM Pivot
On September 23–24, 2026, Global Process Manager, Inc. (GPM) had the opportunity to be represented once again at the International IT-BPM Summit 2026, held at Okada Manila. Representing GPM were Ilde Dimailig, Assistant General Manager, and Angel Ampil, Senior Manager – Multimedia Services.
This year’s summit, with the theme “Intelligence at Scale: Accelerating the PH Pivot,” brought together business leaders, industry experts, technology innovators, and key stakeholders to explore the future of the Philippine IT-BPM industry. For GPM, the summit was more than an industry gathering—it was an opportunity to listen, learn, connect, and gain valuable perspectives on the forces shaping the future of work.
Embracing the Future of IT-BPM
One of the strongest takeaways from the summit was the accelerating impact of Artificial Intelligence, digital transformation, and emerging technologies on the IT-BPM sector.
As technology continues to reshape business processes and service delivery, organizations must look beyond simply adopting new tools. The real opportunity lies in combining technology, human capability, creativity, and strong business partnerships to deliver greater value. The discussions at IIS 2026 reinforced the importance of preparing Filipino talent and Philippine-based businesses to remain competitive in an increasingly intelligent and rapidly evolving global marketplace.
Connecting, Collaborating, and Growing
The summit also provided a valuable platform for meaningful conversations and connections with fellow professionals and industry leaders.
At GPM, we believe that growth is strengthened through collaboration, continuous learning, and shared opportunities. Events such as IIS allow us to better understand where the industry is heading and how we can continue to evolve our services to support our clients and partners.
As the Philippine IT-BPM industry enters its next chapter, GPM remains committed to being part of this journey—supporting businesses through people, technology, workplace solutions, and trusted partnerships.
A meaningful two days of learning, connection, and inspiration—and a reminder that the future of Philippine IT-BPM is not only about technology, but also about the people who make transformation possible.
Thank you to IBPAP and everyone who made IIS 2026 a meaningful and inspiring experience. We look forward to continuing to learn, collaborate, and grow with the Philippine IT-BPM community.
