Global Process Manager Inc. (GPM) welcomed key leaders from Garrets International this September for a meaningful exchange focused on collaboration, operational improvements, and strengthening the partnership between the two organizations.

The visit brought Kristian Plambeck, Operations Director, Mette Morck Nielsen, Regional Operations Manager EMEA, and Martin Kristoffersen, Head of Marine Procurement Operations, who spent time with the Garrets Manila team to gain a deeper understanding of its operations and explore opportunities for continued improvement.

Kristian Plambeck who frequently visits the Garrets Manila team arrived September 7, 2026. His short visit saw him meet with the Garrets Manila team regarding operational concerns.

Mette Morck Nielsen engaged directly with members of the Garrets Manila team, gaining firsthand perspectives on the company’s daily operations, processes, and working environment. Her interactions provided an opportunity to exchange experiences and strengthen professional connections between the Garrets Manila team and Garrets International.

As part of the visit, Martin Kristoffersen conducted workshops focusing on process improvement, collaboration, and operational excellence. The sessions encouraged open discussions and knowledge sharing, allowing the teams to examine existing processes and identify opportunities to work more efficiently and effectively.

On September 25, 2026, the Garrets International leaders were warmly welcomed by GPM President, Erik Nielsen and Assistant General Manager, Ilde Dimailig together with Garrets Manila’s Accounting Manager, Glindo Mira and Regional Operations Manager, Sarrah Shane Potian.

Beyond the workshops and operational discussions, the visit served as an opportunity to build stronger working relationships and promote greater understanding between the teams. The exchange of ideas and experiences reinforced the importance of collaboration in supporting continuous improvement.
