On September 21, 2022, delegates from the Holland America Group (HAG) visited Global Process Manager Inc. (GPM). Magsaysay People Resources Corporation (MPRC) President, Mr. Marlon Roño and Magsaysay Maritime Corporation (MMC) President, Mr. Arnold Javier accompanied HAG Vice President, Mr. Jason Bone, HAG Regional Operations Manager, Mr. Joshua Walker, HAG Crew Planning Director, Ms. Heather Harris and HAG Senior Director, Mr. Noam to the 14^th floor of Times Plaza. The guests went on a courtesy call to GPM because GPM operates a contact center for one of the four brands under HAG, the Princess Cruises.

GPM President, Mr. Erik Nielsen greeted the guests, guided them around the facility and discussed the daily operations of the contact center. HAG and Magsaysay have been in partnership for a long time, and we hope that GPM and HAG will have more future endeavors with HAG establishing their offshore team in Manila.
