Driving Global Process Excellence

On behalf of Global Process Manager (GPM), we were pleased to welcome René Dalgas, Head of Project Management and PMO, to Wrist Service Center (WSC) for a valuable visit focused on advancing process optimization and strengthening global process alignment across the Wrist organization.

René’s visit forms part of Wrist’s ongoing commitment to operational excellence. Discussions focused on enhancing Standard Operating Procedures, identifying opportunities for process optimization, and further harmonizing workflows across global operations. These initiatives are essential to creating a more efficient, consistent, and collaborative organization worldwide.

René was welcomed by GPM’s President, Erik M. Nielsen and Assistant General Manager, Ilde C. Dimailig, together with the WSC leadership team, including Manny Gonzales, Head of Operations, and Clave Ramirez, People Business Partner.

The visit underscored the importance of collaboration in driving standardized processes and reinforced our shared commitment to the One Wrist vision through continuous improvement, operational excellence, and global alignment.
