NordCham Philippines Executive Director Jesper Svenningsen moderated a panel discussion on “How to Work the Nordic Way” by getting insights from Nordic company leaders managing in the Philippines. GPM’s very own President, Erik Nielsen, was one of three invited guests on the topic. The panelists shared their strategies and experiences on how to be an inspiring Nordic leader in companies under Philippine settings.

The panel discussion was one of several other activities lined up by the Nordic Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines, Inc. (NordCham) in its all-day virtual event on Saturday, October 23, 2021. NordCham held a simultaneous virtual job fair and conducted several activities throughout the day mainly focusing on the Nordic values in order to enlighten probable applicants on what to expect when working for Nordic companies. This included two panel discussions with Filipinos who have worked in Nordic companies both here and in the Nordic region.
