Halloween 2023:  Enter the GPM Multiverse 

Halloween is a holiday celebrated by people of all ages. It began as a religious festival many years ago, but today it has become a secular celebration. People dress up in costumes, carve pumpkins, and enjoy sweet treats. The holiday is known for its spooky decorations and lively atmosphere, which brings people together to celebrate. In Magsaysay, Halloween is a tradition celebrated with our children. 

With this year’s theme, the Magsaysay Multiverse, everyone was captivated by the sheer wonder and awe-inspiring beauty of the different universes, otherworldly landscapes and fascinating characters brought to life by the various Magsaysay companies. The event was held in the Robert Hall on the 4th floor of Times Plaza, Manila, on October 19, 2023. The event lasted from 11:30 AM to 4:30 PM. 

The Magsaysay Multiverse gathering was an extraordinary event that brought together a diverse group of talented individuals who worked together to create an impressive display of creativity and teamwork. The event featured the participation of Global Process Manager (GPM) whose booth featured Superheroes. The other Magsaysay affiliates also put on a fantastic show that left a lasting impression on the attendees. One particular highlight of the event was the performance of GPM’s Roger Roman De Leon, who donned a spectacular Spider-Man costume that captured the attention of the children in attendance. The young audience was thrilled by his tricks and amazed by his impressive portrayal of the beloved superhero.  

The party hosts went above and beyond to ensure their guests had an unforgettable experience. They put in a tremendous effort to prepare a diverse and exciting array of games that held everyone's attention throughout the day. Kaiden Neil Manaois, the son of GPM’s HR Records Administrator, Janella Manaois, was chosen as the Multiverse Superhero. Kaiden was ecstatic upon receiving a loot bag as his prize.  

GPM’s Accounts Payable & Treasury Associate, Kristylle Corpuz won second place in Traversal Trivia with a total score of 89.47 percent and received P300 Gcash. A special award for the best costume was bestowed on GPM’s Senior Technical Recruiter Officer, Roger Roman De Leon, who stood out amongst the other characters. Lastly, GPM’s Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager Mark Paolo Del Mundo contributed to the success of the event by being named one of the judges. 

Overall, GPM employees experienced a fun and exciting event that brought together and celebrated a unique Halloween party. The participants enjoyed the thrilling experience, and the organizers did a great job ensuring everyone had a good time and showcased the power of community and togetherness.
