On February 17, 2023, Global Process Manager Inc. (GPM) welcomed top Holland America Group (HAG) executives on the 14th floor of Times Plaza. GPM President, Mr. Erik Nielsen, together with Magsaysay delegates, GPM Chairperson and A. Magsaysay Inc. President and CEO, Ms. Doris Ho, Magsaysay People Resources Corporation (MPRC) President and CEO, Mr. Marlon Roño, MPRC Vice President, Mr. Patrick Maxwell, and Magsaysay Maritime Corporation (MMC) President, Mr. Arnold Javier greeted the guests.

The guests from Holland America Group were Chief Operations Officer, Ms. Natalya Leahy, Vice President, People Team Operations, Mr. Jason Bone, Vice President, Crew Planning & Travel Services, Mr. Stanley Birge, Vice President, Transformation Management Office, Ms. Jenelle Findley, Regional Operations Manager (Asia) - People Team, Mr. Joshua Walker, Corporate Director, Guest Operations & Training (Asia & Australia), Mr. Filippo Bertuzzi and Head of Culinary Art, Princess Cruises Lines, Mr. Rudi Sodamin.

The welcoming party toured the guests who inspected the facilities of the GPM MedallionClass Experience center, and were acquainted with the leadership behind the operations. After a short photo session, the guests had a brief presentation by Operations Director for the contact center, Mr. Kert Palarca. As a formal gesture, the guests also participated in a ribbon cutting ceremony to mark the official opening of the contact center.
