On June 15th 2022, Global Process Manager Inc. (GPM) celebrated its 15th anniversary since the incorporation of the company with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

To honor its 15 years in the making, GPM held a reception for its clients, partners and management team on the 15th floor of Times Plaza. The event started with a short prayer, which was followed by a presentation of the 15-year GPM Historical Timeline video by the Multimedia Team. GPM President, Erik M. Nielsen then welcomed the guests, delivered a speech, and proposed a toast to mark the celebration.

During the evening, a celebratory dinner with the 65 employees from the core GPM team was held on the 4th floor of Times Plaza. The event started with an energizing dance routine introduced by the host, which was followed by a prayer. Games and raffles were prepared for the employees, livening up the event. In both functions, the main message Erik shared was one of thanks, stating that no company can exist without loyal clients and committed, qualified staff.

“Looking back at the first 15 years, GPM has prevailed through highs and lows to become recognized as high-quality niche operator in the hosted office services segment, with clients in three continents. Moreover, GPM has built up expertise within service center management and is now handling tasks within finance & accounting, HR & payroll for 30+ companies in the Magsaysay group. Following a couple of difficult pandemic years, there is great optimism and momentum in the outsourcing and offshoring industry, and the future looks bright,” Erik said.

“There is no doubt that in another 15 years, GPM will be a multi-site operator with two or three times the staff headcount that it has today. A strong foundation has been laid, and now we need to build upon it. I look forward to continuing this exciting journey with my GPM colleagues and the unwavering support of our board of directors and clients!” Erik added, in hopes of even more fruitful years to come.
