At 3 pm of November 19, 2021, employees of Global Process Manager, Inc. (GPM) took a break from their busy schedule to join a virtual employee engagement activity we called, “Taympers”. Filipino children grew up with this term derived from the English phrase “Time First” which means “Timeout” or to “Take a break.”

Since GPM still has not returned 100% to the office since the Covid-19 Pandemic hit the country, management held a 2-hour activity where GPM employees can be together, albeit in a virtual setting. Online games were held to foster teamwork and camaraderie among the participants. As simple as the activity was, this bonding activity successfully met management objectives of spending time together in a fun-filled afternoon. “Taympers!”
