On December 12, 2022, Global Process Manager Inc. (GPM) Chairperson and A. Magsaysay, Inc. President and CEO, Ms. Doris M. Ho visited the MedallionClass Experience Center hosted by GPM on the 14^th floor of Times Plaza. She made the courtesy call to acquaint herself with the employees and management of the MedallionClass Experience Center. Welcoming her were GPM President, Mr. Erik Nielsen, GPM Account Manager, Ms. Rei-Ann Santillan, and MedallionClass Experience Operations Manager, Mr. Kert Palarca and the Team Leaders.

As luck would have it, two executives from the Holland America Group (HAG) of Carnival Corp were in the building at that time and were able to join the group for a quick tour of the 14th floor where more than 200 GPM employees now service guests of Princess Cruises which is part of HAG. It was a pleasure for GPM’s management to be able to show the contact center aspect of servicing the HAG Group to HAG Director of Training and Development, Mr. Adrian Gearing, and HAG Director of Global Learning and Development, Culture & DEI, Mr. Oscar Herrin. Accompanying them was Magsaysay People Resources Corporation (MPRC) President and CEO, Mr. Marlon R. Roño, also a board member of GPM.

Erik toured the guests around the new office and discussed plans on how GPM may expand their services to other sectors of the Holland America Group. The guests were then introduced to the employees who were on shift. Then they proceeded to the boardroom where Kert conducted a presentation to Doris Ho, orienting her on the services that the Medallion Class Experience Center provides to their clients.
