As a thank-you to the employees of Global Process Manager Inc. (GPM) who've worked hard this year, GPM held its neon-themed black light year-end party at the Ellipsis: Coffee & Cocktail Lounge at Menlo, Pasay City on December 9, 2022. Employees matched the party’s theme by dressing up in neon-themed outfits, complete with glowsticks, glow-in-the-dark clothes and wristbands.

The event started with the hosts, HR Shared Services (HRSS) Assist. Manager, Mr. Paolo del Mundo and HRSS Officer, Ms. Luisa Inciong welcoming all the employees who have graced the event and expressing their gratitude for the work they’ve done for the year. A short video presentation followed, presenting the loyal employees who’ve served GPM and Magsaysay for 5 years, 10 years, 15 years and 30 years. The awardees received certificates and plaques of appreciation for their loyal service.

To commemorate the 30 years of service of Payroll and Benefits Manager, Ms. Ma. Filipina M. Leaban, a video tribute was presented highlighting the years she spent with the companies. Congratulatory messages from Magsaysay MOL Marine, Inc. (MMM) Accounting Manager, Ms. Malou Manalili, GPM President, Mr. Erik Nielsen, her life partner, Ms. Daisy Santos and the Payroll and Benefits team followed, which moved Ms. Leaban to tears.

Thereafter, the Emcees conducted the games and raffles to the delight of the employees. Winners of minor and major raffle prizes were announced. The crown of Biggest Loser went to Payroll Officer, Ms. Mary Grace Grafil. While the winners of the Most Lit Employee were Payroll and Benefits Senior Manager, Mr. Rudie Mar Llagas, Payroll and Benefits Supervisor, Mr. Jerrymee Melad and Benefits Officer, Mr. Russelle Banal. Afterwards, employees lined up to be served their dinner.

As a longstanding tradition in the company, the newly hired employees of GPM this year presented a special dance number, thrilling the audience and pumping up the event. The employees partied their hearts out throughout the night in celebration of the end of the pandemic and GPM’s strong performance, reaching a new record headcount in 2022..
