On April 22, 2022, the CEO of Carnival Group, Arnold W. Donald, was in Manila for the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) Global Summit. With the Carnival Group being a long-standing business partner of Magsaysay, he together with his Chief of Staff, Karl Sestak, and COO of Open Network Exchange (ONE), Marcia Rowley made a courtesy call to A. Magsaysay Inc. President, Doris Magsaysay Ho. The guests were toured around the different Magsaysay offices by Doris and President and CEO of Magsaysay People Resource Corporation, Marlon Roño.

Later in the afternoon, the entourage found their way to Global Process Manager Inc. (GPM). They were greeted by GPM President, Erik Nielsen, Head of HR Shared Services, Cecille Gamos and Assistant General Manager, Ilde Dimailig on the 16th floor of the Times Plaza, and they were introduced to the new customer service office of ONE. Coincidentally, ONE Contact Center Senior Vice President, Ryan Romero and Senior Manager for Product Development & Experience Activation at Carnival Corporation, Chantelle Foran were in the office as they were training the new customer service team dedicated to accommodating the passengers of the Medallion Class of Princess Cruises.

To commemorate their visit, a photo was taken to celebrate the unfaltering, fruitful relationship of GPM with Carnival Group and ONE.
