On April 21, 2023, Global Process Manager Inc. (GPM) conducted this year’s teambuilding event for the core team at Tanza Oasis Hotel & Resort in Tanza, Cavite, with the theme "Together We Are Limitless."

The event commenced with a warm welcome by GPM President, Erik Nielsen who extended a special welcome to all the new joiners since GPM’s last team-building outing pre-pandemic.

The goal of the teambuilding was to enhance team performance through a variety of activities. The activities maximized the teams’ potential through positive communication, leadership abilities, and the capacity to work closely together to solve problems. The event featured a variety of activities, such as the Amazing Race, Tawag ng Tanghalan, and Tiktok Dance Challenge.

By means of hard work, collaboration, and determination, Cristy Miano, Lanelle Marcelo, Abbygail Penaranda, Jose Foilan Villaflores, Shaina Barredo, Alyssa Almodiel, Cecilia Gamos, Andrea Villanueva, Vina Luchavez, Michelle Paulino, Christopher Borromeo, Jarry Jeresano, and Henry Bautista emerged victorious in the Amazing Race challenge.

Carlos Gagaoin, Anna Liza Lajo, Anna Liza Tuboro, Kristine Barra, Mary Ann Urbano, Jennifer Bobis, Melissa Relos, Jude Ann Caole, Bonielyn Bagtas, Filipinas Morales, Antonette Rey, Reinalyn Polintan, Antonette Lantafe, and Mildred Saludario secured the runner-up spot in the said race.

Some exceptional GPM personnel exhibited their remarkable vocal and choreographic skills. Antonette Lantafe emerged victorious in Tawag ng Tanghalan, while Cristine Jewel Vicente and Kristine Barra secured second and third places respectively. In the Tiktok Dance Off, Bernadeth Rebunalan emerged triumphant with Reinalyn Polintan finishing as the runner-up.

Developing a cohesive team is crucial for maintaining a harmonious and stable work environment. By integrating team-building activities into the company culture, employees can cultivate a strong sense of camaraderie and connection. After a long and tiring two days, GPM travelled home highly satisfied and eager to face the challenges of working together with their new team. Together, in GPM we are limitless!
