GPM: Bridging Business Opportunities in ANZCHAM Philippines’ Australian Roadshow

Global Process Manager Inc. (GPM), the business process outsourcing and offshoring arm of the Magsaysay Group of Companies joined the Australian-New Zealand Chamber of Commerce Philippines’ (ANZCHAM Philippines) Australian Roadshow on August 26th to August 30th, 2024.

The ANZCHAM Philippines’ Australian Roadshow was held across the major business centers in Melbourne, Brisbane, and Sydney. GPM Assistant General Manager, Ms. Ilde C. Dimailig, represented GPM as the person-in-charge of Business Development and Account Management at this significant event fostering the capabilities and services of the company.

As part of the trade delegation, GPM was particularly enthusiastic about the possibilities of engaging with Australian organizations, and eagerly anticipates the opportunity to forge strong partnerships with business entities from Australia and New Zealand. This participation reaffirmed GPM's commitment to international collaboration and emphasized the organization's readiness to explore and leverage future collaboration opportunities.

The ANZCHAM Philippines’ Australian Roadshow was a series of successful events across Australia, focusing on business opportunities and partnerships between Australia, the Philippines, and the ASEAN. The events included breakfast briefings, CEO roundtable discussions, and networking opportunities to foster meaningful dialogue and connections among industry leaders. Topics covered during the roadshow included leveraging Filipino capabilities, business in the Philippines, innovation, and the future of ASEAN business.

“It was an amazing, well-orchestrated plan to be able to finally introduce GPM to Australian organizations. Being backed-up by Magsaysay’s over 75 years of good reputation in the Philippines, GPM is like a hidden treasure that many need to discover. Our offshoring services and capabilities may just be what these Australian companies are looking for. We just need to go out there, introduce ourselves, and connect. So, we can build trustworthy and fruitful partnerships. I am hopeful to have delighted potential clients within the Australian business community,” conveys Ms. Dimailig.

The roadshow culminated with the ASEAN Gala Dinner, celebrating the strong ties and shared successes between the ASEAN and Australia. The delegation gained valuable insights and strengthened business relationships throughout the week.
